Mindfulness sessions
Mindfulness is the foundation of all other DBT skills. It helps you build awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and actions in the present moment — without judgment. Through mindfulness, you can slow down automatic reactions, stay grounded in difficult situations, and connect more fully to yourself and your values.
This module will guide you through core DBT mindfulness practices: observing, describing, and participating in your experience — all done with a mindful attitude of being non-judgmental, one-mindful, and effective.
